Cancellation Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Refund of registration fee (excluding Extra Conference Banquet Ticket) upon request, less a JPY 10,000 processing fee, if registration is cancelled on or before November 30, 2024 (JST).
No refunds are offered on or after December 1, 2024 (JST).
